Total Body Conditioning

Beginning February 19th
This high-energy class combines strength and cardio exercises from a total body workout that utilizes resistance bands and a stepper. Your muscles will strengthen as you get the toned body that you desire. Workout can be done with or without equipment. Participants must bring your own equipment.

10:30-11:30am
This is an ongoing class, every Saturday.
