Turn Up Dance Fitness

This class combines dance with elements of fitness (dance, HIIT, toning and active recovery).  We evolve to live unapologetically, loudly and to dance ruthlessly.  Get ready to work, shake, flex and slay your way to a healthier you!  Class is taught by certified Turn Up instructor, Toni Martinez.

TUESDAYS: 7:00-8:00pm
This is an ongoing class, every Tuesday.
