Room Rentals
The Recreation Authority Center has rooms available to rent for private parties such as wedding, baby showers, birthday and graduation parties, holiday parties, and wakes. Rental is for a 5-hour block of time, this includes set-up and clean-up. Food and beverage services must comply with local, county and state regulations. Reservations from February - August can be booked starting the second Monday in January; reservations from September - January can be booked starting the second Monday in August.
NO PROFESSIONAL DECORATORS OR EVENT PLANNERS, DJ'S, ALCOHOL, LIVE FLAME CANDLES, HAY AND TABLE CONFETTI/GLITTER ARE PERMITTED IN THE RECREATION CENTER!
Entertainment Policy: Additional entertainment such as bounce houses/inflatables, petting farms, pony rides, trains, dunk tanks, gaming trucks, concession items and tent/table/chairs are NOT permitted for rentals. Entertainers such as clowns, magicians, face painters or character ARE permitted for rentals. A notice of entertainers is appreciated, but not required.
Please Note: If a rental is requested within 10 business days of the event date, the rental time must be within the pre-scheduled time for the building or park staff hours for that day. No pavilion rentals may be booked if there is not a pre-determined staff scheduled for that park on the requested date. Rentals booked within 10 business days from the reservation date will be assessed a $25 surcharge.
Security deposit and hold deposit would be due at the time of booking, security deposit is refundable and will get mailed back to the contract holder directly.
