All room and gymnasium rentals must be reserved in person during the Main Office hours. For any other rates, information, or policies contact the Main Office Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm.
Renter MUST stay on site for the entire rental.
Room and gymnasium reservations between the months of February - August can be made the second Monday in January; reservations between the months of September - January can be made the second Monday in August.
Inflatable/Entertainment policy: Additional entertainment such as bounce houses/inflatables, soft play, petting farms, pony rides, trains, dunk tanks, gaming trucks, concession items and tent/table/chair rentals are NOT permitted for rentals. Entertainers such as clowns, magicians, face painters or character ARE permitted for rentals. A notice of entertainers is appreciated, but not required.
