Volleyball

Join the fun this winter and participate in our various winter sport leagues at the Recreation Authority Center! This is a recreational league where players will learn the fundamentals, develop skills, make new friends all while having fun! Registration will include weekly practices (determined by the coach), six weeks of games, jersey and end of the season celebration at the Recreation Authority for all teams! 
Volunteer coaches are needed to successfully run these leagues. Please indicate at the time of registration if you are interested in coaching or contact Adam at ajust@rare-mi.org.

*You will be contacted by a coach after January 6th (date, time and location is determined by the coach)
*Practices start the week of January 9th
*Games start the weekend of January 27th
*No games will be held February 17th-19th
*All players must provide black bottoms, knee protection and non-marking tennis shoes for their uniform. 
*Coach and player requests are permitted for volleyball leagues

All teams will be invited to the end of season party on Saturday, March 25th at 11:00am. The Recreation Authority will provide pizza, refreshments, snacks and fun games for players to win prizes. Event will include, Hot Shot Competition, volleyball skills and mini cheer routine showcase. This event is FREE for players and coaches. Additional family members may purchase additional tickets for $5 each. Information for event will be sent out when the season starts.
