Room Rentals

Food and beverage services must comply with local, county and state regulations. Room deposits are required at the time of reservation. Room rentals are for a 5-hour block of time; this includes set-up and clean-up. Security deposit is refundable, refunds may take 3-4 weeks to process and will be mailed to the contract holders address directly. Birthday Party Package includes 5 hours in Room 2 and 2 hours in the gymnasium.

Entertainment Policy: Additional entertainment such as bounce houses/inflatables, soft play, petting farms, pony rides, trains, dunk tanks, gaming trucks, concession items and tent/table/chairs are NOT permitted for rentals. Entertainers such as clowns, magicians, face painters or characters ARE permitted for rentals. A notice of entertainers is appreciated, but not required.

Please Note: If a rental is requested within 10 business days of the event date, the rental time must be within the pre-scheduled time for the building or park staff hours for that day. No pavilion rentals may be booked if there is not a pre-determined staff scheduled for that park on the requested date. Rentals booked within 10 business days from the reservation date will be assessed a $25 surcharge.

Security deposit and hold deposit would be due at the time of booking, security deposit is refundable and will get mailed back to the contract holder directly.
