Room Rentals

Food and beverage services must comply with local, county and state regulations. Room deposits are required at the time of reservation. Security deposit is refundable if contract is adhered to and will be returned following the rental in a form of a check. Room Rentals are for a 5-hour block of time; this includes set-up and clean-up. Set times of 10:00am - 3:00pm OR 3:00pm - 8:00pm can be chosen for rentals, additional hours may not be purchased. To calculate total cost add fee + security deposit + hold deposit; security deposit and hold deposit are due at the time of initial reservation.

Reservation timeline: January - April rentals can be booked starting the first Monday in December. May - August rentals can be booked starting the first Monday in April. September - December rentals can be booked starting the first Monday in August.

Entertainment Policy: Additional entertainment such as bounce houses/inflatables, soft play, petting farms, pony rides, trains, dunk tanks, gaming trucks, concession items and tent/table/chairs are NOT permitted for rentals. Entertainers such as clowns, magicians, face painters or characters ARE permitted for rentals. A notice of entertainers is appreciated, but not required.

Please Note: If a rental is requested within 10 business days of the event date, the rental time must be within the pre-scheduled time for the building or park staff hours for that day. No pavilion rentals may be booked if there is not a pre-determined staff scheduled for that park on the requested date. Rentals booked within 10 business days from the reservation date will be assessed a $25 surcharge.

Security deposit and hold deposit would be due at the time of booking, security deposit is refundable and will be returned to the contract holder following the rental (approximately 3 - 4 weeks).
